Shipping policy

UK Based and only posting within the United Kingdom. We send all items Via a tracked Courier service, we choose at the time which service we feel is best. 

We have a set price for all products, please note all personalised and handmade items may have a turnaround time so we can prepare the best quality for you. 

You have an option of standard or local delivery. An option for 'local delivery' for a small fee will be offered in areas Horsham (RH12) Felpham (PO22).
For crocheted items only Lowestoft (NR33). Please only select this option if you are in these areas otherwise your order will be cancelled. Once posted, it is in the delivery companies hands and out of our control, where possible we will accommodate and will always have tracking information.
